Amenity Hours

Clubhouse: 9 am to 10 pm

Fitness Center: 4:00 am - 10:00 pm

Pool: dawn to dusk

Patios and Firepit: 9 am to 10 pm

Pickleball: 8 am to dusk

The Club Aria clubhouse may be rented by homeowners only for private events upon approval by ANA. All reservations are taken on a first-come basis and cannot be made more than two (2) months in advance of the event date. The homeowner must be current with HOA assessments and have no active violations. When a case of questionable use occurs, the use of the facility is subject to the approval of ANA. Homeowner and their guests must comply with all City Ordinances, Florida State Statutes, Federal Laws, and the established rules and regulations which apply to authorized users.

Private Event Rentals - If a homeowner wishes to reserve the clubhouse for a private event, they must check with the Club Aria Director to ensure there are no prior events on the calendar. If none are present, the event or activity will be calendared, the Rental Contract and Rules and Regulations will be furnished, and a Rental Fee and Security Deposit will be collected to ensure the homeowner accepts responsibility for the premises and their guests.

All events may not be scheduled for longer than 4 hours and must conclude with total vacancy by 11:00 pm while allowing time for post-event cleanup. Conclusion time may be extended to midnight in the case of a New Year’s Eve event only and must receive prior approval from ANA.

The Club Aria clubhouse is monitored by an alarm system. Failure to comply with your scheduled event end time and vacating the premises may result in the activation of this alarm system and the subsequent dispatch of law enforcement officials. In this case, the homeowner shall be responsible for all fees charged for these services.
