BEFORE MAKING ANY EXTERIOR MODIFICATION
All exterior modifications, additions, alterations, landscaping changes, painting projects, pools, screen enclosures, lanai extensions, fences, and similar improvements require prior Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval.
Work may not begin until written approval has been received from the Association.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Please upload all applicable information with your submission:
- Property survey showing the proposed improvement location
- Project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Contractor proposal and contact information
- Photos of the proposed project area
- Paint color selections, material samples, or product brochures
- Any additional documents needed for ARC review
Incomplete applications may delay the review process.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- ARC review begins once a complete application is received.
- Additional information may be requested before a decision is issued.
- Homeowners are responsible for obtaining all required permits and governmental approvals.
- Contractors must be properly licensed and insured when required.
- Approved projects must be completed within six (6) months of approval unless otherwise specified.
- Certain construction projects may require a refundable construction deposit as determined by the ARC.
